1985 - 1991: Sifu Richard O'Connor teaches for fun out of his home.

1992: Sifu Richard O'Connor is hired by Utah Governor to teach Tai Chi in maximum security prison.

1993: Shaolin Chi Mantis is founded by Richard Del Connor
          consists of Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, Northern Praying Mantis, and Yang Tai Chi

1996: Tai Chi Youth is founded by Richard Del Connor
          nonprofit 501(c)(3) charity for youth-at-risk

2008: Buddha Kung Fu schools are founded by Richard Del Connor
          consists of 1/2 Shaolin Chi Mantis curriculums and without Praying Mantis Kung Fu.
